Use discount code FREESHIPPING at checkout. Order must be over $125 and under 15kg (some restrictions apply such as large, bulky or fragile items).
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please accept the parcel. Please don't refuse it. Shipping on damaged orders will be fully refunded and we will refund any damaged items in the order.
Returns
Please contact us before attempting to return an item. Once a return has been approved (see Return / Exchange Policy) we will notify you on what address to return it to. Return shipping may be at the customer's expense.
