Welcome to The Wine Club! Here you can try a wine kit without committing to the volume and expense of a full 30 bottle kit. Instead, you buy a fifth of a kit - the equivalent of 6 bottles.

Australia Cabernet Sauvignon Style, Cru International (dry red wine)
A classic Cabernet Sauvignon with a nose of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, and subtle toasty notes with hints of coffee and vanilla notes on the palate.

Just like a full batch, customers must be present on day one to sprinkle their yeast and then again three weeks later to package (bottle or bag) the kit.

The wine club meets on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Tickets for The Wine Club will be pre-paid only. The Wine Club will only gather and start a kit if at least 4 of the 5 spots are filled. If this does not happen, you will be notified by 5pm the day before and a full refund will be given. Once a kit has been started, we will always meet to package the kit. Ticket prices will vary depending on what kit is offered and are available online, over the phone or in-store.

Upon completing this purchase, you agree to the following:

Cancellation Policy: Because a wine kit must be started all at once and packaged all at once, we ask that you please plan accordingly. You are committing to two different dates. A full refund will only be given if we are notified by 4:45pm the day before a kit is started. Once a kit has been started, we can no longer offer a refund. For example, If you were present to start a kit but not able to package it, we cannot offer a refund.

Ferment on Premises Agreement: This constitutes a request for assistance and guidance, as required, in preparing my wine must (hereinafter called 'product') for fermentation. I understand and consent to my 'product' being transferred, stabilized, clarified, degassed, and filtered as required. I consent to my name, phone number and email being kept in a database with the understanding that this information will not be sold or exchanged. I acknowledge that my 'product' is for my personal use only. Your 'product' must be removed from the premise immediately after it has been packaged and sealed.
