Cold IPA is a new IPA sub-style fermented with lager yeast at ale temperatures. Typically crisper and drier than a traditional West Coast IPA, but equally hoppy. With this kit for optimum crispness, use brewing sugar, brew enhancer, or beer enhancer 1.

A crisp, refreshing, flavourful IPA with bold and bright hop character. Dry hopped with three New Zealand varieties, Motueka, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin, to give it citrus, passionfruit and peach aromas.

ABV Approx: 6.2% 
IBU: 40-50
Makes: 20 Litres
Yeast: M24 Versa Lager Yeast, 10g
Dry Hops: Motueka, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin, 50g
Additional Ingredients: 1kg Brew Enhancer, 1.2kg Pure Malt Extract or 1.4kg Beer Enhancer 1
