5lbs of CO2 will force carbonate and push about 12 five gallon cornelius kegs (60 gallons) worth of beer.
Your results may vary, depending on your desired level of carbonation, the length of time the keg is kept under pressure, the length of your gas and beer lines, and many other factors. If you are not getting anywhere near this, check your setup for leakage. Check everything from the tank to the keg.
