Bobal tempers that intensity, adding colour, freshness, and lift that keeps the wine balanced and alive. Together they produce Sol — warm, ripe, and radiating the effortless generosity that only a long Spanish summer can produce.
Tasting Notes
Rich blackberry and ripe prune on the nose, warm with baking spice and a hint of toasted oak. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with balanced tannins and a finish that glows long after the last sip.
Food Pairing
Tempranillo Bobal thrives alongside warm, rustic flavours.
Try it with a hearty chickpea and chorizo stew or slow-roasted chicken thighs with smoked paprika.
