Classic is the best all rounder Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Use with 8 kg of sugar for high ABV, or 6 kg of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality. We recommend you use Turbo Carbon as it will significantly improve the performance of Classic 8 Turbo.

With 6kg of Table Sugar (Sucrose)
% ABV: 14.5%
Water Start Temp: 40°C
Fermentation Time*: 3 days @ 18°C, 2 days @ 30°C

With 8kg of Table Sugar (Sucrose)
% ABV: 20%
Water Start Temp: 30°C
Fermentation Time*: 10 days @ 18°C, 5 days @ 30°C

Mixing Instructions:
1. Clean and sanitise all equipment before use.
2. Fill fermenter by adding hot or cold water as necessary to achieve the correct water start volume and water start temperature.
3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add Classic 8 followed by Turbo Carbon

*Always check with a hydrometer to ensure fermentation is complete.
