Cream Liqueur Base 400g
Instructions: Slowly add pack contents into 220mls of cold water, while mixing thoroughly with a whisk. Add alcohol as per essence bottle & top up to 1.125L (40oz) with water. Made up liqueur will keep for 1 month at room temperature or 6 months in fridge.
Alternate Instructions: Mix 200ml of table sugar, 473ml of cream (at least 18%) and essence bottle together. Pour into 1.125L bottle and top up with 40% alcohol. Refrigerate immediately. Will keep as long as the cream's expiry date.
